This Privacy Policy describes how the StreamOptima Pipeline Chrome Extension collects, uses, and discloses information. It supplements StreamOptima's main Privacy Policy, which governs the www.streamoptima.com website. The extension is operated by StreamOptima, Hulgards Plads 9 ST TV, Copenhagen 2400, Denmark.

What data does the extension collect?

The extension stores your email address and a unique pipeline access token locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data is used solely to authenticate your requests to the StreamOptima API.

What data is sent to our servers?

When you use the extension, it sends API requests to www.streamoptima.com containing:

• Your email address (for authentication)
• Your pipeline access token (for authentication)
• Pipeline actions you perform (adding creators, updating statuses, adding notes)

No browsing history, page content, or other browser data is collected or transmitted.

How is data stored?

Your credentials are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. Pipeline data (creator entries, statuses, notes) is stored on StreamOptima's servers, hosted by Vercel and Supabase with industry-standard security measures.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties. Your pipeline data is visible only to you.

Data deletion

You can delete your local extension data at any time by logging out of the extension or removing it from Chrome. To request deletion of your server-side pipeline data, contact us at info@streamoptima.com.

Permissions

The extension requires only the “storage” permission to save your login credentials locally. It does not access your tabs, browsing history, or any page content.
